Bourns offers a broad range of PWR-series high power thick film resistors with standard packages, surface mounted TO-163 and TO-263 (DPAK and D2PAK) and radial leaded through hole TO-220 and TO-247. These compact packages which are used as standard by semiconductor manufacturers offers space savings to designers and various additional standardized off-the-shelf accessories are available on the market such as thermal and mounting devices.
