Bourns Introduces New Micro Rotary Potentiometer Series

The new Model PDB08 series is designed for applications that require a miniaturized, compact solution for value adjustments

RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 22, 2021 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, today introduced its Model PDB08 8 mm micro rotary potentiometer series. Bourns' new rotary potentiometer family features a center detent and a low profile making it an optimal solution for value adjustments in a broad range of professional audio and lighting applications, low/medium risk medical**, laboratory equipment and industrial automation and control applications.

Bourns continues to enhance its potentiometer line with high quality products that offer advanced features. In addition to the center detent option, the Model PDB08 series has a dual cup option. Plus, the miniature size with no bushing, and audio and linear tapers make this series more adaptable to multiple application environments. Bourns' latest rotary potentiometer models also feature an insulated plastic shaft, have a 10,000 rotational cycle rating and a -10 °C to +60 °C operating temperature range.
