Bourns and its subsidiaries ("Bourns") are closely monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus
("2019 Coronavirus") first detected in Wuhan, Hubei Province, Peoples Republic of China
("PRC"), including any potential impact on the safety of our employees and integrity of our supply
chain.
Currently, all of Bourns' offices and manufacturing facilities located in the PRC are closed for the
Lunar New Year holidays. None of those offices or manufacturing facilities are located in Hubei
Province.
Our offices and manufacturing facilities in the PRC are expected to reopen at the end of the Lunar
New Year holiday break, as it may be extended by national or local PRC authorities, to resume
normal operations. Bourns plans to take all reasonable precautions as its employees in the PRC
return to the workplace. At this time, we are not aware of any of our employees contracting the
2019 Coronavirus or the 2019 Coronavirus causing any disruptive impact to the Bourns supply
chain.
Bourns has issued guidelines to its employees worldwide temporarily restricting travel to the PRC.
Bourns is regularly reviewing travel-related and other recommendations from public health
authorities, including The Centers for Disease and Prevention ("CDC"). The CDC guidelines can
