Dear Customer,
The Chinese governmental authorities have ordered manufacturing facilities (other than certain
critical industries such as food production and health) located in the City of Xiamen and the City
of Dongguan to remain closed through February 9, 2020 due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus
first detected in Wuhan, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China.
Accordingly, Bourns' manufacturing facilities in Xiamen and Dongguan will remain closed until
February 10, 2020, unless further closures are mandated by national or local authorities.
No shipments from these facilities will be made during such closure.
Bourns will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as required. For further
