RIVERSIDE, Calif., May 30, 2018 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, today announced that for the fifth successive year Bourns' operations worldwide were awarded the TTI 2017 Supplier Excellence Award at the highest Platinum level. To achieve the Platinum level award, TTI requires the supplier to earn five consecutive years of award recognition as well as continuous recognition each year to maintain Platinum status.
Bourns' Asia and EMEA operations were separately awarded TTI's Supplier Excellence Award at the top Platinum level. In addition, and for the second consecutive year, Bourns Asia received TTI's Best Quality Award for the supplier who scored highest in each of the quality categories. Also noteworthy is that in the Americas, Bourns has earned the TTI Supplier Excellence Award for 15 years in a row. The awards were given at the TTI Supplier Executive Breakfast meeting held during the Electronic Distribution Show (EDS) in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.
