Perfect Order Index (POI) Award for 2013. Bourns was the recipient of Arrow's Platinum POI Award which is the highest award level given. Arrow began the POI Awards to honor suppliers that achieve best-in-class performance by delivering "perfect orders" as measured by Arrow's eight-point measurement system. Among other criteria, suppliers are measured on orders that are free of defects and delivered at the right time.
