New Model SRN3010BTA-330M features high inductance value to optimize circuit performance and bottom-soldered lead-wire that enhances reliability
RIVERSIDE, Calif., March 12, 2024 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, today announced that it has added a new high inductance model to its SRN3010BTA Series Semi-shielded Power Inductors. The new Model SRN3010BTA-330M features an inductance value of 33 microhenries (µH) for efficient current handling. Its bottom-soldered lead-wire offers increased mechanical strength and stability for enhanced product reliability.
This power inductor model’s 1 mm max. profile semi-shielded structure combines the features of non-shielded and shielded inductors, providing lower magnetic field radiation than non-shielded inductors, and is considered a more cost-effective alternative to fully-shielded ferrite-based inductors. Offering an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +125 °C, the SRN3010BTA Series is AEC-Q200 compliant and automotive grade. The features and design benefits delivered by these semi-shielded power inductors make them well-suited for automotive systems, DC-DC converters and power supplies in consumer, industrial, and telecom applications where higher inductor reliability is often required.
The Bourns® Model SRN3010BTA-330M semi-shielded power inductor is available now and is RoHS compliant* and halogen free**. For more detailed product information, please see: bourns.com/products/magnetic-products/power-inductors-smd-semi-shielded.
