POWrTherm™ NTC Thermistors

技術仕様

Bourns Circuit Protection Division is dedicated to high quality and superior performance solutions including Overvoltage Protectors (OVP), Overcurrent Protectors (OCP) and Overtemperature Protectors (OTP).

POWrTherm™ NTC Thermistors are overcurrent protectors and act as Inrush Current Limiters (ICL) – commonly used in switching power supplies, motors, amplifiers, and transformer applications. Bourns® POWrTherm™ products are manufactured from various metal oxides to form polycrystalline NTC thermistor bodies capable of suppressing high inrush currents with equivalent capacitance up to 1500 μF@240 VAC and maximum current ratings up to 15 A.

Disc diameter: 5 - 25 mm (7 model families)
R₂₅: 0.7 Ω - 220 Ω
Lead type: kinked and straight
Coating material flame retardant to UL 94V-0
Safety Certificate: cUL and TÜV
RoHS compliant* and halogen free**
