概述
由于行动通讯运算与视听设备市场之小型化需求,半导体产业研发出更小型的电子组件。 目前在设计小型电子系统时面临到主机板空间不足的问题,因此加速电子组件替代封装的需求。功能整合与小型化为成功关键!

为达到小型化需求,Bourns 新一代芯片二极管因应而生,以最少成本封装提供硅二极管。镀有铜 /镍 /金接点的小 讯号二极管 0603、1005、1606 为无铅产品,而 SMA、SMB、SMC、1408、1607、2010、2419、8L NSOIC、16L NSOIC、SOT23、 SOT23-6、16L WSOIC 等封装方式则是采用 100% 锡制接点。所有 Bourns® 二极管产品皆与无铅制程兼容,符合许多工业和政府关于无 铅零组件的规范。

Bourns® 芯片二极管遵照JEDEC标准,方便您使用于自动插件设备。而平整的包装让您免除管状 封包零件的使用困扰。
