Zusammenfassung

Die Märkte für tragbare Kommunikations-, IT- und Video-Ausrüstung stellen die Halbleiterindustrie vor die Herausforderung, zunehmend kleinere elektronische Bauteile zu entwickeln. Die Konstrukteure von kompakten elektronischen Systemen sind heute aufgrund der Platzbeschränkungen bei Platinen auf alternative Konfektionierungstechniken angewiesen. Funktionsintegration und Miniaturisierung sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg!

Im Zuge dieser Miniaturisierung hat Bourns eine neue Generation von Chip-Dioden – Siliziumdioden mit Kleinstgehäusen – entwickelt. Die Kleinsignaldioden 0603/1005 und Chip-Dioden 1206 sind bleifrei und haben Cu/Ni/Au-Anschlussplatten; die anderen Gehäuse (SMA, SMB, SMC, 1408, 1607, 2010, 2419, 8L NSOIC, 16L NSOIC, SOT23, SOT23-6, 16L WSOIC) haben Anschlüsse aus 100 % Zinn. Alle Bourns®-Dioden sind im Einklang mit zahlreichen Branchenstandards und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in Bezug auf bleifreie Bauteile kompatibel mit bleifreien Fertigungsprozessen.

Die Chip-Dioden von Bourns® entsprechen den JEDEC-Normen und sind in Standard-Pick-and-Place-Anwendungen einfach zu handhaben. Dank ihrer flachen Konstruktion wird zudem das Wegrollen minimiert.

  • Gehäusegröße: Die Chip-Dioden 0603, 1005, 1206, 1408 und 2010 sind nicht bedrahtet, wodurch Konstrukteure nutzbare PCB-Fläche gewinnen.
  • Umwelt: Alle Bourns-Dioden sind RoHS-konform. Die Komponenten erfüllen viele Branchenstandards und gesetzliche Bestimmungen aus aller Welt in Bezug auf bleifreie Bauteile.
  • Handhabung: Chip-Dioden eignen sich für den Einsatz in Standardanwendungen mit Bestückungsautomaten. Das Gehäuse der Chip-Diode erleichtert die Handhabung, und die flache Konstruktion minimiert das Wegrollen im Produktionsbetrieb.
