Bourns is First Supplier to Receive TTI Diamond Awards for All Three Operating Regions, and earn TTI's Global Operations Excellence Award a Seventh Out of 11 Years
RIVERSIDE, Calif., May 5, 2022 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, today announced that the Company has earned each of the award categories of the highly-respected TTI 2021 Supplier Excellence Awards. Taking the top honors, Bourns is the first supplier to earn the TTI Diamond Award in all three of TTI's operating regions – Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia. Bourns also earned the Global Operations Excellence Award in 2021 for a record seventh year out of eleven years it has been awarded and the Platinum Level Supplier Excellence Award in the Americas for the fourteenth straight year. Bourns also earned the 2021 Platinum Level Supplier Excellence Awards in EMEA and in Asia.
TTI, Inc. initiated the Global Operations Excellence Award to honor the supplier who scores the highest total points globally from a rigorous set of performance criteria as determined in each of TTI's three operating regions. The Platinum Level Supplier Excellence Awards are given in each of TTI's three operating regions for sustaining a high level of performance for more than five consecutive years. The TTI Diamond Awards are given each year to the supplier with the highest overall point achievement in each of TTI's three operating regions.
TTI announced the awards during its virtual ceremony held on May 4.
