Trinity grew year-over-year revenue by 39 percent in 2025 and exceeded every Bourns objective for the year.
LAS VEGAS, Nevada, May 26, 2026 - Bourns has named Trinity Technologies its 2025 Americas Representative of the Year. The recognition was presented during EDS 2026 at Resorts World Las Vegas. Bourns evaluates all Americas channel partners annually across a consistent set of performance criteria, including POS plan attainment, year-over-year revenue growth, and new opportunity, design-in, and design-win objectives.
Trinity exceeded every criterion Bourns set for 2025. Trinity’s 2025 performance ranked among the top results Bourns recorded in the Americas channel for the year.
Trinity’s territory covers Northern California and includes design engineering teams across automotive/EV, consumer, data center, energy storage, industrial, and networking applications.
“Twenty-five percent over plan and 39 percent year-over-year growth — Trinity had a strong year. The number that stands out to me is 62 percent above the design-win target. That doesn’t happen without real engineering relationships in Northern California. Trinity’s results were a meaningful part of how the Americas performed in 2025.”
— Jerry Durand, Vice President of Sales – Americas, Bourns
2025 Performance Highlights
- Plan attainment — exceeded POS plan by 25 percent.
- Year-over-year growth — 39 percent revenue growth.
- New-opportunity objectives — 16 percent above target.
- Design-in objectives — 16 percent above target.
- Design-win objectives — 62 percent above target
“The 62 percent above design-win target came from working directly with engineering teams in EV, data center, and energy storage programs, where the component selection matters and the decisions get made at the design level. Northern California puts us in front of those teams. Bourns’ power, protection, and sensing portfolios fit what those customers are building.”
