This is the fourth consecutive year that Bourns has earned the highest Platinum level in the Perfect Order Index award program. Arrow established the POI Awards program to recognize its top suppliers that achieve best-in-class performance by delivering "perfect orders" as measured by Arrow's eight-point measurement system that includes the number of orders that are free of defects and delivered on time.
